RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

What Is Our Return Policy or Warranty?

 

For Manufacturers Defects:

Endeavor Sportz reccomends that you deal with Napier Enterprises regarding manufacturers defects. Sportz tents come with a one year warranty against manufactures defects. This warranty will not cover normal wear and tear from use. Manufacturers defect does not include torn fabric from sharp objects.

Please follow these steps in order to make a successful return of your product.

1. Call 1 800 567 2434 to obtain a return authorization number.

2. Repackage and ship product to

A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must be included with your return.

 3. Include your name, address, phone number, place of purchase, and shipping address, if different.
4.  Write a letter explaining why you are returning your tent. If the tent has a defect in it, detail in your letter where on the tent the defect is. Be sure to be descriptive in your letter and cover any details that Napier may need to make a fast and proper warranty decision.
5. Napier Enterprises will reimburse your shipping costs and mail you a cheque to the address that you have indicated in your return.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for this process.

**Tent must be dry and have all the necessary parts in the tent bag.** Napier reserves the right to refuse any warranty if it believes it is not at fault of the manufacturer. Also, a surcharge will be subject for messy or dirty return items. For extreme cases, warranty may be refused.
We have no control over wear and tear so therefore we will not honor any warranty on this issue.

After warranty confirmation Napier Enterprises will return to you a repaired or replacement product. Items which do not qualify for warranty will be returned. Please contact us at 1-800-567-2434 to obtain a return authorization number BEFORE returning merchandise.

 
Returns Or Exchanges Not Pertaining to Manufacturers Defect

For sizing/fit issues regarding tents, we will be happy to exchange you for the proper model. Tents must be returned in same as new condition with all necessary parts and instructions. We have countless experience with our products, so be assured that if we sold you the tent, there is a model to fit your vehicle. Fit issues will not be resolved with refund.

If you are dissatisfied with your product and wish to return, you may do so within 30 days of the original purchase. Proof of purchase is mandatory. There will be a 25% surcharge for product inspection. Returned products MUST be clean, dry and in the original packaging. Endeavor Sportz and its staff reserves the right to refuse return if any of the prior conditions are not met.

 
For Replacement Parts/Accessories:
Poles are covered under Napier Enterprises one-year warranty. If your tent falls into this category, please call 1(800)567-2434 for further assistance. We will need to have proof of purchase in order to cover the poles under the one-year warranty. You may fax your proof of purchase to 1 905 935 2918. or email it to warranty@napierenterprises.com(FIX). 
If your warranty has expired, please go to the parts page at www.napierenterprises.com to purchase your pole.  You will need to know the length and color of your pole, as well as the model of the tent.
