This is our most asked question, and the simple answer is that we can't and will not even try to compete.
The effect is, that our phone rings, and the person on the other end has many questions and takes advantage of our toll free number to get the answers from our knowledgeable and friendly staff. After spending several minutes answering several questions, it's not uncommon to be informed by the caller that Costco or some other company selling online has a lower price. Our answer to this, is that we actually stock the products that you will see on our website, and our staff own and use these products, giving them first hand knowledge. Because of this, we are able to answer almost any questions regarding quality, function, and versatility.
We cannot screen our callers, nor do we want to, but like everyone else our time is valuable. Storing and handling the product, as well as taking the time to know our products so we can answer our customer's questions, creates additional costs to us, that drop ship companies don't have to deal with. We feel that we provide a high level of customer service, and we will not jeopardize this to try and compete with larger companies.
